People
A small, senior team behind every project. Meet the people who architect, build, and ship Amplir's work.

Matt MacThreinfhir
Founder
Matt spent nearly a decade at CME Group, most recently as technical lead on the EBS Workstation, a forex trading platform used by central banks and institutional traders around the world. He founded Amplir in 2024 to bring that standard of engineering to companies that need it.
Since then he's built real-time odds aggregation infrastructure handling millions of updates a day, and an AI legal research platform that searches over 230,000 UK legal decisions in under 200ms. His latest engagement was in institutional crypto: a security-audited swap engine settling assets atomically across the Canton Network and Ethereum, built so the operator never holds customer funds. He stays hands-on with every project, whether embedded in a client team or running delivery end to end.
