How is two weeks possible?
AI-accelerated delivery with senior engineering judgement on top. We build with the same tooling we've used to ship production systems for trading firms and institutional finance — one experienced engineer moving at the pace of a small team. The two weeks is real build time on a locked scope; it isn't possible on a moving one, which is why the spec is fixed on day zero.
What does 'from £2,500' mean?
£2,500 fixed covers a single core workflow as scoped on the day-zero call — that's most MVPs. More surface (multiple user types, complex integrations, payments beyond Stripe basics) gets a fixed quote before anything starts. Never a day-rate surprise.
What's deliberately not included?
Native mobile apps, unlimited revisions, open-ended discovery phases, and ongoing feature work — the MVP is a fixed, finished thing. When it lands and you want to keep going, that's a separate conversation on separate terms.
